Black History Month Film Series: Celebrating Black Cinema

Join us as we kick off Black History Month with a special screening of the classic film “Love & Basketball.” This beloved romantic drama, directed by Gina Prince-Bythewood, showcases the journey of two young athletes pursuing their dreams on and off the court.

Come and celebrate Black excellence in filmmaking, enjoy a nostalgic trip back to the early 2000s & engage in a post-film discussion on the movie’s impact and themes.

This screening is the first in our series honoring classic Black films throughout Black History Month.
