Recently, the freehold for the building bought without our knowledge or consultation to a large, multi-million-pound pub group. They’ve given us an ultimatum: buy it back within a tight deadline, or risk losing Queen forever. As an independent team, we simply don’t have the resources to compete with corporate buyers — not without help.
